Aroostook County is truly the land of the legendary trophy Whitetail Deer. The area surrounding North Country Lodge provides the best habitat available for Whitetail Deer, and animals in the 200 lb. and over class are not uncommon. Endless miles of unpaved roads provide unlimited access to all manner of terrain.

You may hunt on your own or guides will be provided upon request. We will also provide you with maps of the area and tree stands, set up by our Professional Maine Guides, to aid you in your Whitetail Deer hunt. Two articles of hunter orange clothing are required by Maine law. A flashlight, knife, compass and matches are also considered a necessity for hunting Whitetail Deer in Maine.

Also included are all your meals, "home cooked and all you can eat", room cleaning service, advice on where and how to hunt from our Professional Maine Guides, and the friendly and warm hospitality of our hunting lodge.
